  • We are using Shopify. Can we use MakeDashy?

    Yes, you can. If you are using an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, it will be much easier to download data to start MakeDashy.

  • What columns do we need in the transactional data CSV?

    You should provide three CSV files, with the following columns.. - customers.csv - Customer ID / Customer's name / Sign-up date You can also put a channel column. - items.csv - Item ID / Name of Item / Category / Price - transaction.csv - Transaction ID / Customer ID / Item ID / Price / Address (Up to State Unit) / Order date You can also put up to 3 additional optional columns for other criteria you'd like to track (e.g. color, size, etc.)

  • How can I collect data on acquisition channels?

    If you are using other services such as Google Analytics, Branch, etc, you can download that data from your existing service. If you don't use any of those services and have no existing structure to collect the acquisition channel data, don't worry! Acquisition channel data is optional for MakeDashy. It's good to have, but our service works fine without it.

  • Can I get a free trial?
